The cost of deliveries within the EU depends on the total weight of your order. All orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. We will use an international courier service for orders over 2kg. EU deliveries usually take between 5 - 10 working days to arrive. EU orders are tracked, and we will E-mail you with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Deliveries (outside of the EU)
The cost of international deliveries depends on the total weight of your order. All orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. We will use an international courier service for orders over 2kg. International deliveries can take anywhere between 4 days and 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. PLEASE NOTE: Emporium Cookshop cannot be held responsible for any customs costs or delays your order may incur. All international orders are tracked, and we will E-mail you with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
